What is your refund policy?
We give seven (7) days from the date of purchase to request a refund for single theme purchases (memberships cannot be refunded).

Can I use your themes for my client websites?
Yes. Our themes and memberships can be used for your client projects. If you are a web designer, you should consider the Premium Lifetime Membership.
Does your system auto-renew themes or memberships?
No, as we do not store your credit card information. However, we will e-mail you a few days before your one-year membership expires and send you another e-mail after it has expired with a link to renew, should you so choose.
Can I save money if I renew my current theme?
You can renew your current theme for another year of support and theme updates with 50% savings! Make sure you renew before it expires!
Can I upgrade to the Premium Lifetime or Theme Membership?
Yes. If you purchased a single theme, you can upgrade to the Theme Membership or the Premium Lifetime Membership.
What does it mean to get access to all new themes?
For the Lifetime Membership and the Theme Membership, you will get access not just to existing themes, but any new themes we release throughout your active membership.
What does Unlimited and Lifetime Usage mean?
Unlimited means that you can use the theme on as many websites you as like. Lifetime Usage means that you can use the theme forever, even if your current membership expires.
How often will new themes be added?
Our goal is to release 1 theme per 2 months throughout the year. That means up to 6 themes per year! We will strive to attain that goal, but in the case that we do not, we cannot be held responsible.

What happens after a theme or membership expires?
If you decide not to renew your membership, you will no longer have access to theme downloads, new theme releases, updates, and, in some cases, support. All themes must be downloaded during your active membership. You are more than welcome to continue using forever any theme that you have downloaded during your active membership.
Note 1: The Lifetime Membership does not expire.
